Profile Information: You may optionally provide a profile photo, display name, bio, and other profile details.
User Content: We collect the content you create, upload, or share through the App, including comments, images, voice notes, and direct messages.
Communications: If you contact us for support or feedback, we collect the content of those communications.
Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed exclusively through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not collect, store, or process any payment card information, bank account numbers, or other financial data. Apple handles all payment processing and provides us only with transaction confirmation and subscription status.
Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the App, including device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the App, including conversations viewed, features accessed, time spent in the App, tap and scroll interactions, and other usage patterns.
Log Data: Our servers automatically record information when you use the App, including your IP address, access times, pages viewed, App crashes, and referring URLs.
Push Notification Tokens: If you enable push notifications, we collect your device's push notification token to deliver notifications to your device.
If you connect third-party accounts (such as Apple ID) to the App, we may receive information from those services as permitted by your settings with those services.
We use the information we collect to:
Public Content: Your username, profile photo, and comments on Creator conversations are publicly visible to all users of the App. Do not share information in public areas of the App that you wish to keep private.
Creator Conversations: All Creator conversations are public. If you are a Creator, all content shared during conversations is visible to all users and may be viewed, shared, and distributed without limitation.
Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, content moderation, push notification delivery, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request, such as a subpoena, court order, or government inquiry.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Aggregated or De-identified Data: We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for research, analytics, marketing, or other business purposes.
We retain your account information and User Content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain data for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.
Publicly posted content (such as comments on Creator conversations) may remain visible even after account deletion, as it has been made available to other users.
Direct messages are retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Messages sent to other users may remain in those users' message histories.
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and destruction.
HOWEVER, NO METHOD OF TRANSMISSION OVER THE INTERNET OR METHOD OF ELECTRONIC STORAGE IS COMPLETELY SECURE. WE CANNOT AND DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ABSOLUTE SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU PROVIDE YOUR INFORMATION AT YOUR OWN RISK.
You may update or correct your account information at any time through the App's settings. You may delete your account at any time, which will initiate the deletion of your personal information as described in Section 4.
You may opt out of push notifications at any time through your device settings or the App's notification settings.
If we send you marketing emails, you may opt out by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails.
The App does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We do not track users across third-party websites to provide targeted advertising.
